If you’re interested in working with me you can contact me through the Contact Form or send me an email. I will respond within 48 hours Sunday to Thursday.
Once we have an appointment booked I will then send you the link to set up your profile using Janeapp which is where you will complete all your intake forms. From your profile; you will then have access to the online booking site where you will be able to schedule, reschedule and cancel appointments.
How does billing work?
Sessions are 50 Minutes
In-Person, Virtual, and Phone Sessions
(longer sessions are available with advanced booking)

Individual Session $140/50 Min
Couple Session $150/50 Min
I accept most forms of payment including e-transfers and most credit cards. Payment can be in person or through the Janeapp profile (where a credit card can be uploaded and charged through the system).
Direct billing is not available for my services and payment is required on the day of your appointment. I will provide a receipt with my registrations (RCC & RSW) for your records.
Most extended health benefits plans cover counselling services, however; not all and it is important to know what and how much is covered. I am a Registered Social Worker and Registered Clinical Counsellor.

Approved Service Provider
I am an approved service provider for First Nations Health Authority (FNHA), Crime Victims Assistance Program (CVAP), and BC Emergency Health Services (BCEHS CIS).
If you are interested and/or approved for accessing support under any of these programs please send me an email and we can chat about this process.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you and I get it things happen or change without notice at times.

I am as flexible as I can be, however; a late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in my day that could have been filled by another client.
​
I require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
​
Folks who provide less than 48 hours notice, or the appointment is missed entirely, the full fee is charged on the day of the appointment.
